Making money online is made up of two main components: Finding your niche market and understanding your niche market.
The two are not the same.
Finding your niche is relatively easy because you are looking for someone exactly like you, someone who is looking for the PROMISE of making money, relatively fast, with little effort. If you are selling a product or service on behalf of someone else then the niche market you are looking for are other people in the same position. These people are commonly called "Affiliates".
To understand your niche market - you need to understand that it really isn't the product or service that motivates them, it is the PROMISE that they will get rich so there DREAMS come true, and hopefully with little effort.
OK, so we know who your Niche Market is and we know how they think; now it's time to put together a plan of action so you can turn some of those losses into profit.
Your task should be to provide your Niche with a way out of the mainstream methods of promoting, a way to distinguish yourself/themselves from the masses. This is your PRIMARY task, your SOLE task, the reason you will make money online.

- They have little to no internet technical skills
- They don't have a way to stand out from a crowd
- They want a simple system to follow
- They want to follow a leader to help them achieve success
- They believe in the PROMISES and DREAMS and hope to accomplish it

Here is the answer: You need to create a marketing system specifically for your niche.
A marketing system that ISN'T like the rest of the herd, that doesn't keep you doing what everyone else does, you need to think outside the box, actually you need to build a totally new box.
Your marketing system should take into account the following:
- You are getting other people to become affiliates - who will be under you
- You are building a business this is why you have affiliates under you
- You need to help your affiliates to grow their business (teams)
- You need to promote credible, endorsed products to be successful
